Since 2023, the Southeast Regional Service Commission has been working with David Campbell on this regional study for the 12 municipalities in Southeast New Brunswick and the rural district of Westmorland and Albert.
Each community has now received its Vision 2035 report, highlighting demographic shifts, workforce trends, economic opportunities, housing needs, and municipal services across three possible growth scenarios for 2024 to 2035.
