The Economic Leadership Council (ELC) is a private sector-led advisory forum that was created to help the Southeast RSC fulfill its legislative mandate of developing and implementing a regional economic development strategy. The ELC will provide leadership for the regional strategic planning process, submit recommendations to the Southeast RSC, and help implement the strategy.
